ABC – 1, 2, 3 – Baby You’re in the Blissfit Society!
The revolutionary, ideal, artistic process of Athletic Bliss Conditioning (ABC) cultivates (not happening overnight) energy, strength, agility, balance, creativity, and intuition for peak performance. ABC is simply feeling good to get good, feeling better to get better. Do any exercise you want although walking and running is recommended. That is, make walking feel good and then run as explained below.
The Three Phases of ABC Peak Health and Fitness
PHASE 1 Guide athletic exercise with self-referral: Put your attention on what feels good (happiness, harmony, energy, coherence, etc.) inside and outside yourself and exercise appreciating that as your personal athletic beauty and purpose. Yoga positions, Sun Salutations, and especially Yoga (union) in bliss-consciousness during Transcendental Meditation are the best ways to feel good before starting exercise.
PHASE 2 Cultivate balance, dynamism, beauty, and purpose with devout self-referral: Easily keep your attention on your personal athletic beauty and purpose during bliss conditioning exercise; and if you do not feel pain or weakness you have a “green light” to become more vigorous and dynamic; but if you do feel pain or weakness that is a clear signal to be less vigorous and dynamic. Self-referral athletic bliss conditioning heals (decreases exercise intensity) for the questions (weakness) and complaints (pain) of your team members (some 100 trillion body cells). Simple appreciation of well-being improves quality, which can also increase quantity, if and when desired.
Know that as your heart rate increases with well-being, instead of stress, blood flow increases the quantity and quality of oxygen and nutrients, as well as carries more toxins and waste away from healthy or diseased body cells. Healthy cells are strengthened and diseased/injured cells are healed; and when you become more vigorous and dynamic with minor pain or injury, careful self-referral exercise will help to heal it (as I did with an old ankle sprain and a more recent knee injury).
PHASE 3 Practice ABC daily for enlightened fitness: Overtime your self-referral appreciation of athletic beauty and purpose metabolizes and makes your most profound sense of well-being (bliss-consciousness) more apparent. For example, exercise that does not crush stable, calm, and steady feelings, cultivates the Ayurveda (Indian science of health and longevity) quality of Stability.
Guiding exercise in accordance with well-being harnesses your most refined qualities of love, creativity, and intuition; as physical activity becomes more vigorous and dynamic, whatever positive or negative qualities you appreciate, you integrate, for high quality strength, speed, agility, balance, form, endurance and longevity (aging or reversal of aging through exercise) in the “Blissfit Zone”.
As a “fun-in” exercise process instead of a workout exercise mandate, ABC self-referral exercise is a tune-up for vital, inner qualities of mind, emotions, and physiology. Its revolutionary ideal is to discipline athletics with positive self-referral to enliven inner physiological intelligence and its innumerable self-repair and balancing mechanisms. In the “long run” ABC cultivates each body cell to perform its individual function in divine unison with all the other some 99,999,999,999,999 cells. Thus, it coordinates the most fundamental essence of your digestion, immunity, strength, vitality, thinking, emotions, behavior, etc., with the promotion of your nourishment, enthusiasm, healthy appearance, creativity, contentment, peak sports performance and enlightenment.
