Freedom Formula
Desire/Commitment + Passion/Fun =
Value/Beauty/Freedom
This Freedom Formula plays out in proportion to one’s happiness and heart health. Thus, desires are fulfilled and value, beauty and freedom are created according to one’s heartfelt commitment and passion (unattached/spontaneous enjoyment of inner and outer beauty and purpose). It also explores how one can enjoy more health, wealth and wisdom as the by-products of play. That is, play relaxes and releases tensions to allow Nature’s universal, immortal vitality (Bliss Consciousness) to flow through the body.
“Check” and Balance Your Freedom
You can simultaneously expand happiness and improve heart health through the following process: Think of a desire to commit to and write it on the Bank of Natural Abundance check below or on anything appropriate. Now whenever you think about your desire, give yourself a funological (no pain, all gain) “check” that you FEEL GOOD.
That is, don’t try to find happiness by doing something. Instead, do from the happiness you already have. Feeling good beforehand AUTOMATICALLY catalyzes your success, which in turn will spontaneously bring you greater happiness and freedom.
It’s good to know that as one’s heart evolves funologically to greater happiness and freedom, then his or her emotional, intellectual, and physical negativity also turn in a positive direction. And if you put up with pain or negativity, heart evolution slows or stops. The beautiful purpose of pain is to alert us to heal and return to feeling good.
For example, I have some not so good emotional habits, stemming from what I call “Asberger’s Attitude” (shyness from 50 years of undiagnosed Asberger’s syndrome), which are evolving to a positive balance as I adjust my intentions to be more outgoing. I naturally use the Freedom Formula by looking for good in others as well as projecting out inner positivity to them.
Friendship is a golden key to health and wealth because bringing out the beauty and purpose of others connects us with all the possibilities of life flowing in the Freedom of Bliss Consciousness.
Thus the “Check” and Balance Freedom process develops a feel good in “The First Place” habit. And thereby it cuts us loose from any no pain, no gain attitude and enhances the power of all the elements in the Freedom Formula. And overtime as happiness expands, one realizes Freedom (Freewill playing with the vital, infinitely impressionable, and expressive possibilities of Bliss Consciousness (Nature’s Cosmic Clay)).
