Fitness Highway: Frequent Fervent Fun

Published by Richard Dunstan at 3:24 pm under Total Health & Fitness

Welcome to the Fun-in Fitness Revolution!

Article posts and conversation here are intended to prospect the reality that health, wealth and wisdom are the by-products of play. And so we will research aerobic exercise and play as a tension releasing mechanism to allow the Bliss of Nature’s universal and immortal vitality to flow through one’s physiology; and overtime how such vitality conditions one to enjoy total health.

Let’s Explore the Fitness Highway

Fun-in Fitness is starting the discussion of fitness by asking: Did Jesus Christ enjoy total health and fitness? If so, how did health and fitness contribute to His miracle performance? And to find reasonable answers to these questions we will thoroughly explore the fitness highway of frequent fervent fun.

Scientific Research on the  Endorphin Effect

We know frequent, fervent, fun paves the fitness highway from research showing the effect that endorphins have on the human physiology. That is, two beneficial things happen, with the experience of pleasurable events and thoughts. First, an area of the body triggers the release of endorphins, which creates a feeling of pleasure and relaxes the tissue for healing and anti-bodies to enter the area. Second, tissue relaxation and released tensions in one area allows Nature’s vitality to flow more through the whole body.

No Pain, Marathon Train

Most elementary students know about how Hans Christian Andersen’s The Emperor’s New Clothes features a child crying out, “But he has nothing on!” Likewise, I feel it’s about time somebody pointed out that Christianity is shrouding Jesus Christ in suffering, paying a price, even though it’s impossible for Him to suffer or pay anything.

Thus, I proclaim the purpose of Fun-in Fitness is to athletically condition an individual to follow the example of Jesus Christ’s life long demonstration that freedom from suffering, under all circumstances, is a human birthright; and furthermore that Fun-in Fitness Bliss Conditioning allows a conditioned athlete to be competitive and pain free even during endurance sports like marathon running.

Fun-in Fitness Bliss Conditioning
Compared to Traditional Workout Fitness

Traditional marathon training strives to build strength, speed, and endurance to increase distance and decrease time. So the trainee usually puts up with pain as it indicates progress towards the distance/time goal, or maybe even a runner’s high. Also rest and recovery are usually needed between grueling workouts. But even when athletes train hard, they are usually happy with their body’s positive response to various levels of strain and pain.

I feel years younger after fun-in running for an hour. I’m a happy, invincible, six foot tall, 156 pound, 70 trillion body cell team; and I fervently fun-in run only if I feel that way. So when team members have questions (weakness) or complaints (pain), I can usually give them all they need by slowing down to walk.

And giving your team members what they need, conditions them to function with fulfillment, which leads to peak performance. Because any activity or exercise, such as running further and faster with more agility and dynamism, needs a resounding, unanimous 70 trillion team member “Yes we love doing this.”

Bliss Conditioning naturally flows with the cycle of exercising  joyfully until any faint weakness is felt and then slowing down to feel totally strong again. It conditions one’s heart, lungs, brain, liver, etc… to become happiness muscles that are able to contribute to the best result of exercise: being Blissfit (totally healthy). Future posts will explore the details of becoming Blissfit and record my participation in public races.

Bliss Conditioning Foundation

It’s best to feel good before starting the practice of Bliss Conditioning. However, if done properly, it will make you feel better no matter how good or bad you feel. And to have a truly fervent fun-in to achieve your highest fitness goals it’s best to have access to Nature’s universal vitality: Bliss Consciousness.

I’ve found that Maharishi’s scientifically validated Transcendental Meditation Program easily provides the most natural access to Bliss Consciousness.  Maharishi speaks of the field of all possibilities found in Bliss Consciousness similar to a Christian Evangelist writing, “In my name all is possible…in Unity, in Christ the will of the Creator is accomplished as what many call miracles, blessings of the Grace of God. Unless one chooses to be less than who sent us, then life is truly the full magnitude of the Love of God in full blossom continually.”

What are your thoughts on fitness conditioning? I’d love to hear from you.

You have to express more your opinion to attract more readers, because just a video or plain text without any personal approach is not that valuable. But it is just form my point of view
